Chex Party Mix

Yield: Makes 6 3/4-cup servings

Ingredients

Add butter or margarine to shopping list 6 tablespoons butter or margarine

Add seasoned salt to shopping list 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Add Corn Chex cereal to shopping list 2 cups Corn Chex cereal

Add Rice Chex cereal to shopping list 2 cups Rice Chex cereal

Add Wheat Chex cereal to shopping list 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal

Add salted mixed nuts to shopping list 3/4 cup salted mixed nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 F. Heat butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan in oven until melted. Remove. Stir in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add Chex and nuts. Mix until all pieces are coated. Heat in oven 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Makes 6 3/4 cups.

Note: Party Mix may be frozen, so make a double batch. Thaw at room temperature in container in which it was stored.
