Mock Ham Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

Add chunk bologna, ground to shopping list 1 lb. chunk bologna, ground

Add hard cooked eggs, finely chopped to shopping list 2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped

Add small onion, finely chopped to shopping list 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

Add sweet pickles, finely chopped to shopping list 1/3 cup sweet pickles, finely chopped

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Add sandwich buns to shopping list 8-10 sandwich buns

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine bologna, eggs, onion and pickles. Add mayonnaise; toss to mix. Refrigerate, covered, to blend flavors. Spread equally on buns and serve immediately.
