Banana Nut Corn Bread

Yield: 2 loaves

Ingredients

Add (6.5 oz) corn muffin mix to shopping list 2 packages (6.5 oz) corn muffin mix

Add milk to shopping list 1 cup milk

Add (about 3) mashed ripe bananas to shopping list 1 cup (about 3) mashed ripe bananas

Add chopped pecans to shopping list 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, milk, bananas and pecans until blended. Lightly coat 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and spoon batter into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan and placing on wire racks to cool.
