Ranch Floret Salad

Ingredients

Add bacon, diced to shopping list 6 strips bacon, diced

Add medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets to shopping list 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets

Add medium broccoli, cut into small florets to shopping list 1 bunch medium broccoli, cut into small florets

Add ranch salad dressing mix to shopping list 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Add sour cream to shopping list 3/4 cup sour cream

Directions:

In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain.

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli.

In a small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and sour cream. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Stir in bacon.
