Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients

Add butter to shopping list 1/2 cup butter

Add unsweetened chocolate to shopping list 2 squares unsweetened chocolate

Add eggs to shopping list 2 eggs

Add sugar to shopping list 1 cup sugar

Add flour to shopping list 3/4 cup flour

Add vanilla to shopping list 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Heat butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until a slight imprint remains when touched in center. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Top pie wedges with ice cream; drizzle with warm topping. Serve immediately.
