Strawberry Citrus Slush

Ingredients

Add (16 oz.) pink grapefruit juice to shopping list 1 can (16 oz.) pink grapefruit juice

Add (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed to shopping list 1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Add sugar to shopping list 1/2 cup sugar

Add strawberry flavored drink mix (unsweetened) to shopping list 1 pkg. strawberry flavored drink mix (unsweetened)

Add (liter) ginger ale, chilled to shopping list 1 bottle (liter) ginger ale, chilled

Directions:

In 2-quart nonmetal freezer container, combine grapefruit juice, lemonade concentrate, sugar and strawberry drink mix. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Freeze 4-6 hours.

To serve, spoon 1/2 cup slush mixture into each glass; pour 1/2 cup ginger ale over each.
