Add (6 ounce) solid white tuna, drained to shopping list 1 can (6 ounce) solid white tuna, drained

Add olive oil to shopping list 1 teaspoon olive oil

Add cottage cheese to shopping list 1/3 cup cottage cheese

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Add onion, finely chopped to shopping list 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Add celery, finely chopped to shopping list 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

Add capers, drained to shopping list 1 tablespoon capers, drained

Add juice from half a lemon to shopping list juice from half a lemon

Add dill to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon dill

Add fresh parsley, finely chopped to shopping list 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Add Dijon mustard to shopping list 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Add multigrain Bread, lightly toasted to shopping list 4 slices multigrain Bread, lightly toasted
