Thaw frozen pierogies in boiling water for 5 minutes, uncovered. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, combine vegetables, garlic, chicken broth and soy sauce and saute until vegetables are tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
Add pierogies and saute for an additional 3 -5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
