1 can (6 ounce) solid white tuna, drained

check olive oil 1 teaspoon olive oil

check cottage cheese 1/3 cup cottage cheese

check mayonnaise 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

check onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

check celery, finely chopped 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

check capers, drained 1 tablespoon capers, drained

check juice from half a lemon juice from half a lemon

check dill 1/8 teaspoon dill

check fresh parsley, finely chopped 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

check Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

check multigrain Bread, lightly toasted 4 slices multigrain Bread, lightly toasted
